Purpose:

  1. Prepare your energy body to assimilate divine blessings received during the meditation
  2. Partially clear congested energies that block normal energy flow

Format:

  1. Do simple physical exercises for 5-10 minutes before and after the meditation
  2. Do these exercises at your pace and level of physical fitness
  3. Do not strain, enjoy smooth movements
  4. If you have health issues, as always, consult with your health practitioner
