There is a $20 charge for CE certificate, if requested. No-interest payment plans available.

Your course fee is final and non-refundable. If cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the event, it will be credited to your account and must be used within 1 year from the date of the purchase towards the same class at our Center. Substitutions are not guaranteed but could be arranged if possible. Credit will not be honored: if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event; for no shows.
